- In order to maintain brand integrity, all prospect affiliates must go through an easy multi-step application process where we will assess approval based on credibility, traffic quality, etc, to make sure affiliates are legitimate from the start.
- Affiliates are paid when a specific activity, such as a sale, click, or registration is completed, for both RevShare and CPA programs:
- Commissions are paid once per month.
- Affiliates must generate a minimum payout of $200 USD in commissions from any certain month in order to receive their payment.
- All payments are sent via PayPal transfer.
- Affiliates may be blocked from promoting Gabrielle Moore products from the Revshare and CPA program if they exploit or abuse Gabrielle Moore’s affiliate systems to falsely or unfairly claim commissions, or if any of the following happens:
- If the affiliate is found sending any kind of low-quality or invalid traffic or sending through unethical means, as well as deceiving unsuspecting visitors into clicking on clickable links or faking clicks using automated tools.
- If the affiliate is found using stolen credit card data or false IDs to finish conversions unethically.
- If the affiliate is found sending fraud opt-in signups by altering client data, populating any of our forms with bots, etc.
- If the affiliate is closing sales but then customers are requesting refunds. If an affiliate account has more than a 40% refund rate, it may be suspect to suspension or block of the account.
- There’s a 7-day payment grace period from purchase to payment, which means we may take these 7 days to make sure a purchase is legit through internal review before any payment is sent
- All Affiliate advertising must NOT include any content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines. Including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act ("FTC Act"), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 ("CAN-SPAM Act"), Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising ("FTC Testimonials Guide"), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- You may NOT create a page that appears to be the official Gabrielle Moore or any of its products pages, whether a website or social media account (Instagram, Facebook, etc) or any other type of account. It must be very clear that you are NOT Gabrielle Moore or the creator of any of her programs yourself. Any affiliate caught falsely representing themselves as Gabrielle Moore or as the creator of any of her products will be banned from the affiliate program immediately.
- There is a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from you, the sender. Any affiliates found to be sending spam emails to promote this program will have their account terminated immediately.
- Affiliates may NOT use words such as "fraud", "scam" or similar terminology in their promotions including but not limited to, Ad content, landing pages, video titles, written content or other metadata.
